It represents a classical rebirth, a new beginning after the covid virus, suggesting hope and enlightenment for the future. To suggist this I have emphasised the white purity of the alabaster against the black of the granite using flowing smooth planes and curves, and defined edges surrounding a spatial opening. Harmony and calmness prevail.
