I enjoyed modelling Michael last year as a demonstration work in clay during the last herring Island exhibition, showing how I covered the armature in clay and worked the clay till I had the best likeness I could in the time. I did take some photos and finished off a few details at home. I hope I captured his passion and intelligence.
