Wax is a much more supple and ethereal medium than clay - Playing with colour in wax can be challenging; for me there is nothing more subtle than perfecting a Ming or pale Jade colour. Although Bronze Mesh is torturous to work with it has a certain flexibility that ideally lends itself to my work - the title of which refers to a revitalisation in my life.
