I am a sculptor and painter with two tertiary degrees, and enjoy exhibiting in solo and group exhibitions. I have been fortunate to receive recognition for my sculpture through the awards of prizes, as well as gaining a public commission for a large, bronze sculpture for the forecourt of Collins Place, Collins Street, Melbourne, commissioned by AMP. My artistic style is to depict the human form in a simplified, pared back style. The results are highly stylized works that reflect the essence of the subject portrayed. i like to suggest, but never define, The eye and mind of the viewer then has the pleasure of filling in what is not represented.
