Skyrocket embodies a playful defiance of gravity, capturing a fleeting moment of upward motion as if the cubes are suspended in mid-air. Inspired by the natural world and the forces that shape it, this sculpture reflects the tension between order and chaos, structure and spontaneity. The vibrant orange hue symbolizes energy and momentum, drawing the eye to the dynamic arrangement of geometric forms. Each cube teeters on the edge of balance, inviting viewers to consider the delicate equilibrium that exists in both nature and human experience. Positioned in an open landscape, Skyrocket interacts with its surroundings, shifting in perception as light and shadow play across its surfaces. This work continues my exploration of weightless, tumbling forms—an ongoing dialogue between materiality and movement, permanence and impermanence.
