This sculpture depicts a refugee boat in a stormy tempest... appeared in the roaring waves is the picture of the arms with Australian Flags(Southern Cross constellation) forming small waves - that symbolise for the difficult struggles of the Australian people, the Australian parliament especially of Prime Minister Malcolm Fraser who made a strong decision to save out refugees to settle down in the shores of peace and freedom. God still sustains us through the generous hands of the Australians. Thank you the Australian government and the Australian people.
