A feature of my sculptural practice for many years has been these distinctive and unique ‘Pods’. They have evolved over time into many different forms and have reference to renewal, hope and regeneration. This Pod is made with recycled materials, waste from our local steel fabrication company. Making artwork from ‘waste’ materials helps create conversations and awareness about recycling and sustainable practices which I find very satisfying.
