I carved statue inspired by my desire to be surrounded by Nature. I have a subtle wish to represent Nature in an ancient stone full of crystals, minerals and shells, a sign of life past. I find it is relaxing to have such a statue nestled in a garden, either with green plants encroaching it or standing in the foreground with a background of plants. This design is of flowering buds reaching upwards. The curving leaves wrap up and around the base making it a comfortable solid form.
