After completing a Bachelor of Arts in Visual Arts and then a Master of Arts in Experiential & Creative Arts Therapy, my artistic practice kicked off in 2013. My art making looks to capture new found meanings emerging from moments that stand out for me. I begin by identifying the moment, then representing that moment in clay as I notice my embodied response in the process of sculpting. This method of working allows me to engage with my sculpting in spontaneous and playful ways, giving me the freedom to immerse myself in the flow of a piece which can take on any number of shapes, forms and meanings.
