Within the exploration of the darker themes in life, I come to discover my inner demons are alive, well and fighting fit.

I represent my moments of inner turmoil with ‘Exercising Demons’ giving them a form, a voice and as a comical presence before me I acknowledge they exist.

With some humour I can face my inner unrest and enter into a conversation with my inner demons to better understand my behaviours in a creative way.
